what does a coach do ?
If you are training for a running event or a triathlon, I prepare a long term effective plan to guide you along every step of the way.
Your plan will be designed for you and will prepare you specifically for the event you wish to do.
It doesn’t matter if it’s your first 5k, a marathon, your first triathlon or an Ironman.
However, it is not just about the plan. As your coach, I understand, encourage and motivate you throughout your journey.
